Brand new, the box was opened and the pieces were taken out of the plastic bags. My daughter never played with it. She wanted nothing to do with it at Christmas so I put it back in the box. I did want to mention that the one corner of the box is slightly bent, but could probably be fixed with some tape.
Comes with the playset and the extra Percy green train.
